Oxpasture Hall Wedding Day
I’d been looking forward to Sam & Dom’s Oxpasture Hall wedding day since the day they booked me last year. What everyone preyed for though on the day was good weather as the ceremony was to be held outside. With showers just before we where to head outside, It was touch and go and a last minute decision was thankfully made to take the risk. It paid of for Dom and Sam and all the guests that had gathered in the garden.
But first i had the opportunity to photograph Don ( Looking a little nervous ) and the guys getting ready before heading over to see the girls. The sun finally came out bang on time as Sam headed out for the ceremony. It turned out to be the perfect day in every way. Someone upstairs must have been looking down on this pair. No sooner had the vows been done the rain came. So with a little improvisation ( A very large Umbrella ) i got on with the group pictures. With those completed, the guests headed over to Whitby to Dom’s parents. The reception taking place on their farm. The three of us stopped of for a few creative shots which i always like to incorporate into every wedding.
With the day coming to a close, all that was left was to cover the speeches and first dance.
A big thanks has to go to Sam & Dom, their parents and guests who made the whole day so relaxed and fun.
A huge thanks for allowing me the chance to photograph this great wedding. Her’e a few from the day……..Enjoy
