Ravenhall Wedding Photography – Victoria & Lee
On the cliffs of the Yorkshire CoastĀ a few miles outside Scarborough and with stunning views overlooking Robin Hood’s Bay in the North York Moors National ParkĀ lies Ravenhall. Iv’e been here a number of times over the past few years and each and every wedding is a joy to do. For Victoria & Lee’s wedding the day could not have been better. Sunshine all day long. As with most weddings now, i started the day with Victoria’s bridal preparations. This is the part of the day i simply document, capturing those natural moments like those below. I do always grab a few portraits of the girls before they head of for the ceremony though.
As the whole day was to be spent at Ravenhall, it meant a quick walk over to the main hotel to meet Lee before Victoria’s arrival and the start of the ceremony. Its an amazing room from a photographers point. Just natural light everywhere. So straight after the ceremony we headed for the walled garden for the group photos and then finally a selection of pictures with Victoria & Lee at a few various locations. Back indoors for the speeches and as the evenings sun was setting i took the opportunity to grab a few late pictures before the first dance and evenings celebrations started.
If you like my approach to wedding photography and are looking for a photographer to capture your special day then i would love to hear from you.
Here a small selection from Victoria & Lee’s wedding.
