Treasures House Wedding in York was the setting for Kaliska & Matt’s beautiful and intimate wedding. Owned by the national Trust, the house is situated in the shadow of York Minster. I arrived a little early to check out the best light and locations . After all, It was my first wedding here. As there was no bridal preparations on this occasion i met Matt at the Treasure’s House for a few pictures before the arrival of Kaliska. Some great places and opportunities for pictures so i took Matt to one side for a few photo’s with his best man & father. Kaliska arrived and looked amazing and I grabbed the opportunity for a few images before she entered the great hall.
The ceremony took place in the very impressive main hall and once the ceremony was over we headed into the private walled garden for the group photo’s. We then headed inside to use the stunning backdrop for photographs of Kaliska & Matt. Although rain looked imminent, it held of for the most important period.
I was only here to cover Kaliska & Matt’s wedding for a few hours so here are just a few photographs from their wedding at the Treasure’s House.
