I’m Gary, a North Yorkshire based wedding photographer documenting celebrations across the UK and Europe.
With over twenty years experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve developed an eye for capturing the moments that make a celebration truly unforgettable — the emotion, energy, atmosphere and effortless elegance that unfolds throughout the day.
Before specialising in weddings, I worked with leading newspapers and photo agencies, creating high-end editorial content. That experience has shaped my style and approach.
Today, I document weddings across the whole of the UK, from small intimate weddings to large modern city celebrations. My approach is designed to capture the essence of your day as it happens, creating beautiful natural images that allows you to relive, share and immerse yourself in those moments.

My style combines a natural, documentary approach, creating wedding images that feels elevated without ever feeling staged. Unobtrusive when it matters. Intentional when it counts. Always calm, refined and authentic.
But for me, it’s never been about staging or forcing moments. It’s about reading the room. Understanding the moment, knowing when to step in, and when to simply observe. That’s the standard I bring to every wedding I document. For me, the most meaningful content isn’t always the most obvious. It’s found in the quiet in-between moments — the atmosphere, the emotion and the details that deserves to be remembered and what gives your wedding its personality.
That’s what sits at the core of everything I do. Creating images that feels natural and intentional, while reflecting not only the story of your day, but the experience I want every couple to have.
Ultimately, I want the experience of having me there to feel just as considered as the content I create.
